Add To Favorites
Use a vegetable spiralizer or mandolin to make zucchini noodles. Lightly sauté the zucchini and minced garlic in Fustini’s olive oil. In a different pan, sauté vegetables of your choice including tomatoes (if you want a sauce)
Combine zucchini noodles and veggies or use as a sauce. Squeeze fresh lemon and grate Parmesan cheese in top. Salt and pepper to taste
