Ultra Premium Fresh Crush is In!

We've just received our new Ultra Premium Fresh Crush Extra Virgin Olive Oils from the Southern Hemisphere. These oils are the most nutritious and flavorful available, as the polyphenol properties (antioxidants) are at their highest right after the fruit has been harvested and the oils processed.

We have selected seven single varietals for this season:

MILD PROFILE:

Hojiblanca
(Australia)
Incredibly complex and fruity, this highly awarded EVOO is viscous and creamy; the notes include apple, green banana and stone fruit.

Picual
(Australia)
This award winning Picual is viscous and creamy with notes that include red tomato, banana mash and stone fruit. It is delicate in intensity but extremely flavorful and fruity.

MEDIUM PROFILE:

Barnea
(Australia)
This early harvest fragrant Barnea displays notes of green apple peel and wildflowers on the nose. The flavor profile is floral, grassy and perfectly balanced with fruity apple notes. Very clean finish!

Coratina
(Australia)
The incredible "nose" packs a wallop and displays notes of green apple peel and grass. This Coratina is herbaceous and peppery with the perfect amount of bitterness.

Leccino
(Chile)
This herbaceous Leccino displays a creamy, malty center. Herbal notes give way to flavors of creamy artichoke and lingering green banana.  Received high fruitiness scores with little bitterness and pungency.

ROBUST PROFILE:

Arbequina
(Chile)
This rare green example of Arbequina displays a big amount of pepper, green notes of artichoke and grass plus herbal characteristics, while maintaining its characteristically fruity creamy center.

Koroneiki
(Chile)
Currently the most pungent EVOO. The healthy throat catching sensation know as pungency speaks to the freshness, potency and also some of the health benefits in EVOO occurring from the antioxidant properties! Herbaceous notes include green apple, green banana, pine and black pepper.
