Rosemary Apple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup Fustini's Michigan Apple balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Iron Fish honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced rosemary
- 1/3 cup Fustini's Rosemary olive oil
- 1/3 cup Fustini's Walnut oil

Directions
- Sprinkle minced garlic with coarse salt and mash into a paste on your cutting board using the flat side of your knife. Place in a medium bowl.
- Add vinegar, honey, mustard, and rosemary to the bowl with the garlic. Season with fresh cracked pepper and let sit for 5-10 minutes for flavors to develop.
- While whisking, drizzle oil into the vinegar mixture for a thick, creamy emulsion. Season to taste with additional salt, pepper and vinegar.
Recipe Note
This makes approximately 1 cup of dressing. Excellent holiday dressing.
