- 14oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1-2 tablespoons Fustini's Robust SELECT olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Farm-Style Sriracha
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until just smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Yield: 1 cup
