Blueberry Honey Vinaigrette

Dressings and Vinaigrettes
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons Fustini’s West Michigan Blueberry balsamic
- 1/4 cup Fustini’s Herbs De Provence olive oil
- 1 tablespoon add-ins (optional) chopped garlic, shallot, fresh herbs, citrus zest
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Whisk together honey and balsamic in a bowl. Continue whisking while slowly streaming in extra virgin olive oil. Stir in additional ingredients if using any, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 1/3 Cup
