- 28-ounce bag of frozen tater tots
- Fustini's Chipotle olive oil for greasing and drizzling
- 2 cups Mexican or cheddar cheese blend, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chives or scallions, chopped
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Jalapeño Lime balsamic

- Cook tater tots according to package directions. You can choose to bake or to fry.
- Preheat the broiler in the oven. Grease a 9×,13 metal or glass rectangular dish sprayed with olive oil. Spread tots in an equal layer season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Cover with 2 cups of cheese. Top cheese with crumbled bacon.
- Broil on high until all cheese has melted, approximately 3-4 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and balsamic. Top with fresh chives or scallions, drizzle with the sour cream and serve!
Recipe Note
Increase the heat with a spicier infused or less heat with an herb-infused olive oil. Adapted from savoryexperiments.com
