    • 15 oz can of coconut cream
    • ¼  cup lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
    • ½ cup water
    • 1 tablespoon Fustini's Coconut balsamic
    • ½ cup honey
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime zest

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients except zest in a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour mixture into the bowl of an ice cream machine and freeze according to machines directions. Scoop and top with lime zest.
