In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, sherry, Ginger &, Honey vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, Sriracha sauce, and broth. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook till steak starts to brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add sauce mix to steak, the sauce will start to thicken. Add broccoli and cook for additional 2 minutes, or till broccoli is tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
