Easy Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Ginger Crush olive oil
- 1 lb flank steak, trimmed of fat and sliced thin
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons sherry
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Sesame oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Harwood Gold Farmstyle Sriracha
- 1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- cooked rice or noodles for serving
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, sherry, Ginger &, Honey vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, Sriracha sauce, and broth. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook till steak starts to brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add sauce mix to steak, the sauce will start to thicken. Add broccoli and cook for additional 2 minutes, or till broccoli is tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
