Ingredients
- 12 pieces of bread from a baguette or Italian loaf, 2 inches thick
- Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
- salt and pepper
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cored and sliced
- 6-8 basil leaves, chiffonade
- Fustini's Balsamic Glaze

- Heat a hot grill or grill pan. Drizzle Garlic olive oil over the bread. Grill bread until just toasted on both sides. Immediately rub cut garlic all over one side of bread then place on a serving plate. Season with salt and pepper then top with sliced tomato and basil Chiffonade. Serve with Fustinis Balsamic Glaze.
