Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 4 fillets skinless and boneless fish - tilapia, cod, whitefish, hake, haddock, halibut
- drizzle Fustini’s Chipotle olive oil
- pinch ground cumin
- pinch ground coriander
- salt and pepper
- corn or flour tortilla
- Taco Truck Garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with Fustini&rsquo,s olive oil. Season with salt, pepper. cumin and coriander. Bake fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness and remove it from the oven. To serve, place fish in corn or flour tortilla, garnish with any of the Taco Truck Garnishes and enjoy.
