Fustini's Favorite Dipping Duo

A simple yet flavorful combination of Fustini’s Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar, perfect for pairing with fresh, crusty bread.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Fustini’s Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fustini’s 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, finely grated or minced
- ½ tsp sea salt (flaky sea salt for extra texture)
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp Fustini’s Tuscan Herb Spice Blend or ½ tsp dried Italian herbs
Directions
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and either the Italian herbs or Fustini’s Tuscan Herb Spice Blend.
Let the olive oil mix sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, then drizzle balsamic into the bowl.
