Nanci's Asian Cole Slaw Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound bag of coleslaw mix
- 1 bag of matchstick carrots
- ¼ cup sliced scallions
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon toast sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup Fustini’s 12 Year White Balsamic
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Fustini’s Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Combine coleslaw mix and carrots in a large bowl. Drizzle Asian dressing over salad and toss to coat. Add lime zest, cilantro, sesame seeds and slivered almonds.
- Whisk in a medium bowl, or shake in a canning jar with lid, Fustini's balsamic, Persian Lime olive oil, Sesame Seed oil, lime juice, salt and pepper until combined.
