Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Mango Habanero balsamic vinegar

  • .5 oz. lime juice

  • 1.5 oz. sparkling water (optional: add vodka instead)

  • 5 oz. ginger beer

  • Lime wedge for garnish

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

  2. Pour over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
