    • 2 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
    • ½ small onion finely chopped
    • 1 Tbsp Chipotle Oil
    • 2 Tbsp 12 Year White Balsamic

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl Cover the bowl with plastic wrap until ready to use.
