Maple Balsamic Vinegar (Dark)

The sweet and savory aroma of maple syrup is captured in this exceptionally sweet balsamic. This vinegar has become a brunch favorite and a creative addition to roasting salmon, Brussels sprouts or other fall root vegetables. A sweet and warm balsamic that is superb on waffles, pork chops and pancakes, it is also a delicious accompaniment to fruit, Greek yogurt and ice cream.

OIL PAIRINGS

Butter olive oil, Blood Orange olive oil, Chipotle olive oil, Gremolata olive oil, Tunisian Harissa olive oil, Garlic olive oil, Walnut oil or any SELECT olive oil

IDEAS
  • Reduce for a glaze to drizzle on bacon, pork or poultry.
  • Combine with Blood Orange olive oil for a fantastic spinach vinaigrette.
  • Combine with Chipotle olive oil and Dijon mustard to use as a glaze for chicken, meat or salmon.
  • Add to baked beans or BBQ sauce.
  • Drizzle over ice cream or yogurt.
  • Make kabobs using shrimp or scallops, pineapple or peaches, brush with Maple balsamic, then grill.
