Sherry Reserva Vinegar

Sweet, savory and tangy barrel-aged sherry vinegar from the Andalusia region of Spain is remarkably complex and delicious. Reminiscent of dehydrated grapes and dried fruit like dates and figs, it has a memorable flavor and aroma. While the sweetness of this vinegar surely comes from the delectable Pedro Ximenez grapes, its dark mahogany color and intense aroma comes from being aged in American oak casks.

OIL PAIRINGS

Herbs de Provence olive oil, Rosemary olive oil, Butter olive oil, Garlic olive oil, Sage & Wild Mushroom olive oil or any SELECT olive oil

IDEAS
  • Combine with Butter or Garlic olive oil for roasted vegetables and chicken.
  • Mix with Rosemary or Sage & Mushroom olive oil for marinated or sautéed mushrooms.
  • Combine with fresh dill for baking fish.
  • Use as a finish to soup to enhance the flavor.
  • Drizzle on toasted bread and top with roasted vegetables.
  • Delicious salad dressing when combined with any listed olive oil.
