Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Brush the top side of each wonton and gently add each wrapper to a muffin hole to create a small bowl. Bake for 7-9 minutes until brown and crispy.
in a medium skillet, brown pork sausage, and drain fat. To the same skillet add sesame oil then add vegetable slaw. Cook until just wilted 4-5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, balsamic, pork, garlic powder, and ginger. Cook for 3-4 minutes to let flavors meld.
Filled cooked wontons with pork sausage and serve hot.
