Directions
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat olive oil. Add onion and cook until softened and translucent. Add ground beef, crumble and cook until no longer pink. Stir in seasoning until well mixed. Drizzle in balsamic to the pan and stir well.
- Stir in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add tortellini and mix well. Return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes. Add spinach, stir well, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes more until the tortellini is done and the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat, sprinkle with cheese, and cover once more to melt the cheese.
