Citrus Vinaigrette

Dressings and Vinaigrettes
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Grapefruit balsamic
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grapefruit juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Blood Orange olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Meyer Lemon olive oil
Directions
- Place vinegar, juice, garlic, mustard, honey salt and pepper in bowl and whisk to combine. While whisking, slowly add the three oils to emulsify.
