Corn Beef Dip

Ingredients

• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• 1/4 pound shaved deli corned beef, chopped fine
• 1 bunch of green onions, sliced thin
• 1/4 cup finely diced bell pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Fustini’s Sherry Riserva
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup finely grated Gruyere, divided
