Jalapeno Lime Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 1 pound bag of coleslaw mix
• 1 bag of matchstick carrots
• ½  cubed Jicama
• 1 cup chopped mint
• Cubed apple
• 1 jalapeno, small dice (optional)
• lime zest
• fresh mint

Lime Dressing

• 1/3 cup Fustini’s Jalapeno Lime  balsamic
• 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Persian Lime Olive Oil
• ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
• juice of 1 lime
• zest of lime
