Jalapeno Lime Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 pound bag of coleslaw mix
- 1 bag of matchstick carrots
- ½ cubed Jicama
- 1 cup chopped mint
- Cubed apple
- 1 jalapeno, small dice (optional)
- lime zest
- fresh mint
- 1/3 cup Fustini’s Jalapeno Lime balsamic
- 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Persian Lime Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
- juice of 1 lime
- zest of lime
Directions
- Combine coleslaw mix, carrots, apples jicama and jalapeno (optional) in a large bowl. Drizzle Lime Dressing over salad and toss to coat. Add lime zest &, mint as garnish.
- Whisk in a medium bowl, or shake in a canning jar with lid dressing ingredients until combined.
