- 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 1/8 cup Fustini’s Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir. Place on baking sheet. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
