- 1 baguette
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup peas
- ½ lemon
- 1/2 cup Fustini’s Robust SELECT olive oil
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- dill for garnish

- Slice baguette into 8-12 pieces. Place on a baking sheet and brush each piece with extra virgin olive oil, both sides. Bake 3 min/side at 425 degrees. Mix Greek yogurt, zest of ½, lemon, 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste. Remove bread slices from the oven. Layer each piece with the yogurt mix, a piece of smoked salmon, 3-5 peas, some dill and finish with a small drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
