Ingredients

• 2 ripe tomatoes, small dice
• 1 jalapeno, finely diced
• 1/2 small red onion, small dice
• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
• 4 tablespoons fresh  cilantro, chopped
• juice of 1/2 lime
• 1 teaspoon Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic
• pinch salt
• freshly ground black pepper
