1/2 cup Fustini’s 18 Year Traditional Balsamic

1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese

1–2 tsp Fustini’s Meyer Lemon Olive Oil (optional)

4 slices rustic bread, toasted

1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Flaky sea salt (optional)
Directions
Make the balsamic glaze: In a small saucepan, bring balsamic to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Reduce to ~1/4 cup, about 8–10 minutes. Let cool slightly—it will thicken as it cools.
Whip the ricotta: In a bowl, stir or whip ricotta until smooth. For a bright citrus note, mix in Meyer Lemon Olive Oil.
Assemble the toasts: Spread ricotta generously on toasted bread. Layer with sliced strawberries.
Drizzle and finish: Spoon balsamic glaze over the top. Garnish with mint and a pinch of flaky salt if desired.
