Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup Gorgonzola crumbs
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
- ½ cup Fustini's Raspberry balsamic
- ¼ cup Fustini's Meyer Lemon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's champagne vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Directions
- Arrange salad greens in a bowl. Combine vinaigrette and toss with greens. Top with remaining salad ingredients.
