Ingredients

8 oz low-sugar ginger beer
2½ oz fresh lime juice
2 oz Fustini’s Fig Balsamic Vinegar
2 oz unsweetened tart cherry juice
Ice
Optional garnish: brandied or amarena cherries, lime wheels

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the fig balsamic, fresh lime juice, and tart cherry juice.
Shake briefly—just until well combined and chilled.
Fill two glasses with fresh ice and divide the ginger beer between them.
Strain the fig–lime–cherry mixture evenly over the ginger beer.
Give each glass one quick, gentle stir to combine. Garnish if desired and serve immediately.

Recipe Note

For the best balance, choose a ginger beer with lower sugar and a pronounced ginger bite—this keeps the spritz bright and refreshing, not overly sweet.

Love, Love, LOVE Fustini’s! Just had a wonderful 90th birthday visit in the Traverse City store & got all stocked-up. Now I’m going to try some of these recipes with two of my absolute FAVE’S: Blood Orange Olive Oil and Fig Vinegar! Thanks Fustini’s!!!
