Heat gremolata oil in a pot and add ground turkey. Cook, breaking up the meat, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove cooked turkey to a plate. To the same pot, add onion, garlic, jalapeno and red pepper. Sauté, until tender, then add spices, and tomatoes. Bring to a simmer and add back the turkey. Simmer chili for at least 15 minutes to allow it to thicken slightly. Place a cooked frankfurter in a bun, top with chili and cheese.
