12 Year Dark Balsamic Vinegar

This balsamic was artfully crafted with the highest amount of Italian grape must necessary to balance out this vinegar’s 6% acidity. The result is a well-balanced, rich, sharp and velvety-smooth balsamic that is more acidic than our Traditional 18 Year Style balsamic. Use it to add some zip to soups and sauces, leafy greens, salads, pasta, meat, fish, vegetables and hard cheeses.

OIL PAIRINGS: Basil olive oil, Garlic olive oil, Herbs de Provence olive oil, Leek olive oil, Rosemary olive oil, Sage and Wild Mushroom olive oil, Tuscan Herb olive oil and any SELECT olive oil


  • Combine with any SELECT olive oil to make a bright, flavorful olive oil and vinegar dressing.
  • Use over Caprese salad as a zesty alternative to the 18 Year Traditional.
  • Combine with herb, spicy or SELECT olive oils for a great grilling marinade.
  • Perfect to deglaze your pan when making a pan sauce.
  • Use in dishes where higher acidity and more zing are required.
