The result is a well-balanced, rich, sharp and velvety-smooth balsamic that is more acidic than our Traditional 18 Year Style balsamic. Use it to add some zip to soups and sauces, leafy greens, salads, pasta, meat, fish, vegetables and hard cheeses.
