Cilantro and Onion Olive Oil

A nice balance of sharp and sweet, our cilantro & onion infused olive oil has a very fresh depth of flavor. Its herbaceous notes translate to the perfect olive oil for Latin, Asian and Middle Eastern dishes. We especially like using it in fish, chicken, flank or skirt steak marinades, but it is also exceptionally delicious drizzled over freshly grilled corn. Our go-to olive oil for tacos, guacamole, salsas, chili and rice.


Coconut balsamic, Iron Fish Honey vinegar, Jalapeno Lime balsamic, Mango balsamic, Sicilian Lemon balsamic and 18 Year Traditional balsamic

  • Combine with 18 Year Traditional or Ginger & Honey balsamic to make a delicious marinade.
  • Use to roast any vegetables.
  •  Brush on bread for grilled sandwiches.
  •  Combine with Iron Fish Honey vinegar for salsa or guacamole.
  • Pair with Sicilian Lemon balsamic for delicious olive oil and vinegar dressing.
  • Use in dips such as Spinach Artichoke.
  • Sauté chicken or steak for fajitas.

    I am permanently spoiled by using this oil in my Texas Caviar recipe. It adds a depth of flavor that can't be replicated! Love it!
