OIL PAIRINGS: Blood Orange, Butter, Meyer Lemon, Persian Lime, Sage & Wild Mushroom, Walnut, any Single Varietal

IDEAS:

  • Combine with Blood Orange oil for a salad dressing.
  • Add to wine for poach pears or apples to top salads.
  • Drizzle on Greek yogurt, ice cream or oatmeal.
  • Use as a glaze on seafood.
  • Reduce and fold into whipping cream or mascarpone.
