Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar (Rose)

This vinegar highlights the natural cranberry fruit kissed with a small addition of delicate pear purée which adds a wonderful body and mouthfeel. The fruity, sour and tangy notes of cranberries paired with the sweetness of the pear purée give this fruit vinegar a distinctive and bright flavor.

Basil olive oil, Blood Orange olive oil, Herbs de Provence olive oil, Persian Lime olive oil, Rosemary olive oil, Walnut oil or any SELECT olive oil

IDEAS
  • Combine with any Fustini’s olive oil for a refreshing olive oil and vinegar dressing.
  • Serve over ice with vodka and sparkling water for mixed drinks.
  • Reduce as a glaze on vegetables, meat or seafood.
  • Add olive oil and use to dress steamed vegetables.
  • Use with Blood Orange oil as a marinade for turkey.
  • Makes a great grain or pasta salad dressing.
