Our Ginger Crush olive oil has the aroma of bright and sweet ginger. The flavor is full of fruitiness and light spiciness from the freshly harvested ginger root. The robust flavor comes from milling whole ginger root with fresh olives.

Asian Blackberry balsamic, Coconut balsamic, Ginger & Honey balsamic, Iron Fish Honey vinegar, Mango balsamic, Sicilian Lemon balsamic, Spicy Korean balsamic, 

IDEAS:
  • Combine with Spicy Korean balsamic to marinate poultry or pork.
  • Combine with any Fustini’s balsamic for great olive oil and vinegar dressing.
  • Use in any stir fry or Asian-inspired recipe for a full ginger flavor.
  • Sear pork or poultry before roasting.
