I LOVE this oil...so versatile! Great over seafood; salad paired with Fustini's Balsamic Vinegar, red onion and Kalamata olives. I use it in making Caesar dressing...FABULOUS. I also LOVE IT drizzled over eggs scrambled with Olive oil, fresh spinach & feta.
