Pomegranate Balsamic (Dark)

Pomegranate's distinctive flavor and versatility make it ideal for a wide array of foods with both tart and sweet characteristics. This vinegar is sweet and succulent, with a velvety rich texture that pairs beautifully with olive oils for basting roasted Brussels sprouts or with leafy greens. Excellent as a glaze for lamb, it also makes an incredible reduction that is delicious over salmon or when drizzled over fresh fruits.


Basil Crush olive oil, Blood Orange olive oil, Cilantro & Onion olive oil, Gremolata olive oil, Roasted Walnut oil, Persian Lime olive oil, Sage and Wild Mushroom olive oil or any SELECT olive oil

  • Combine with Persian Lime olive oil for roasted Brussels sprouts
  • Combine with Basil, Meyer Lemon or Persian Lime olive oil to serve over salad greens
  • Combine with Basil olive oil to marinate meat. Reduce in a saucepan, then drizzle over fruit, fish or meat.
  • Try it in your favorite cranberry relish or marmalade.
