Our Sage and Wild Mushroom olive oil begins with a soft and delicate porcini flavor that is balanced by just enough fresh sage to give it an earthy and smooth aroma. While it is just as good to finish braised or grilled meats, we also recommend it in soups and stews.

  • Drizzle over pasta as a healthy sauce.
  • Use to cook scrambled eggs or frittatas.
  • Use in place of butter in potato dishes.
