West Michigan Blueberry Balsamic (Rosé)

A Fustini's EXCLUSIVE balsamic made by adding blueberry concentrate for the sweet flavor of juicy blueberries grown along the West Michigan Lakeshore. Try this balsamic as a substitute for maple syrup. Reduce it and use it as a glaze for roasted chicken. It is also fantastic when combined with one of our olive oils to make a spinach – pear salad vinaigrette and is a wonderful complement to blue and feta cheeses.

  1. Blueberry Beef was amazing

A small sample jar, mix with olive oil made an amazing marinade for our beef hanger steak. Cooked on the grill, it caramelized and and gave the beef an amazing flavor. I look forward to trying to caramelize onions, in dressings, etc.
