Customer Engagement Specialist- Ann Arbor, MI

Fustini's is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist for the Ann Arbor store!

Responsibilities:

Customers

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Assist customers in finding the ideal products and/or services to meet their needs

Store

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stocking shelves and filling bottles as needed
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to unload pallets as often as needed
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently, and to navigate stairs multiple times daily
