Our 2026 Koroneiki SELECT from Chile is a bright, bold extra virgin olive oil with the classic green profile Koroneiki is known for. Green banana leads the way, so much so it could be this oil’s name, joined by aromas of fresh-cut grass and culinary herbs.
On the palate, it has an almost chalky texture, with a pronounced bitterness of arugula, endive, kale, and mustard greens. The finish builds into black peppercorn and hot spice.
