Focaccia Olive Oil Bread Mix
Make deliciously crisp focaccia bread in a little over an hour! Add water, Fustini's olive oil, and let it rest for 1 hour and it is ready to meet that cast iron skillet. Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes. You will have a crisp bottom and top, with a deliciously moist and chewy middle. You can top yours with cheese or add olives more Fustini's infused olive oil to the mix if you like! Serve your focaccia as an antipasto, table bread, or sandwich bread!

You’ll Need:
1 cup warm water · 2 TBL olive oil + ¼ cup · 10" or 12" skillet or 9x12 baking dish
Mix: Combine bread mix + yeast (inside sack) in a bowl. Add warm water + 2 TBL olive oil. Stir until dough forms.
Knead: Turn onto floured surface and knead 8–10 times.
Rise: Place in oiled bowl, turn to coat, cover, and let rise 1 hour.
Preheat: Heat oven to 450°F. Coat skillet/baking dish with 2–3 TBL olive oil.
Shape: Punch down dough. Press into pan. Dimple top with fingertips. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
Bake: 20–25 min, until golden brown.
Finish: Sprinkle with salt, cheese, or toppings. Rest briefly, slice, and enjoy warm.
