With the end of another calendar year, we’re reflecting on all the wonderful and exciting things we’ve seen at Fustini’s in 2022. After pivoting in unexpected ways in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve continued 2022 with new opportunities, celebrations and products.
Overall, each new endeavor this year is a response to our dedication to you, our Fustini’s family. We’re so thankful for your continued support as we share opportunities to enjoy healthy and flavorful food!

Basil, Aji Verde, Ginger Crushes
Perhaps you’ve been a fan of our Basil or Aji Verde traditional extra virgin olive oils. But this year, we’ve amped up those flavors significantly. We introduced our “Crush” line for flavors.
These oils elevated the flavor that’s infused in the oil by crushing both the olives and the herb, spice, etc. at the same time. The result? A heightened basil, aji verde and ginger flavor in your oils.
New Kits & Mixes
As a way to make dinner time and gifting even easier, Fustini’s launched an exciting line of kits and mixes that are easy to prepare and go perfectly with our oils and vinegars. These new kits include:

Here at Fustini’s, we want to make gift giving easy for you. That’s why this year we’ve launched several new fun, flavorful and versatile gift sets, perfect for every foodie on your list.
While you’ve loved our Pantry Pairings, 4-Pack and 6-Pack Samplers, Dressing Jar Kit and more in years past, this year we’ve added some other great options.
Our Picual and Riserva 750mL gift sets make an elegant and practical alternative to a bottle of wine for a hostess gift. And our Bread Gift Set and Pasta Gift Set make a weeknight dinner easier and delicious.
In addition to new gift sets, we’ve also shared exciting new gift boxes that help transfer your bottles safely and beautifully presented. The Six Pack Sampler gift box can fit six sampler bottles neatly. And our 750mL bottles bring an elegant touch to a delicious gift.

We love sharing recipes and inspiration for your at-home cooking. This year, we’ve continued to add to our library of recipes–putting us at over 2,400 recipes using Fustini’s products.
Sort through recipes by product or keyword, and even filter your results by any guidelines you follow, such as gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. From breakfast to dessert, appetizers and beverages, you can find all sorts of delicious recipes on our website.
As always, you can find recipes specific to your extra virgin olive oil or balsamic vinegar by scanning the QR code on your bottle.
National Vinegar & EVOO Days
While we celebrate extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar every day, sometimes it’s nice to have days dedicated to these amazing and versatile products. Launched last year, we once again celebrated National EVOO Day in September and National Vinegar Day in November! This year, we offered you the opportunity to get a Fustini’s spatula to “Stir Up Freshness” and a Fustini’s cutting board to “Slice in Flavor”!
HAFF-Time Cooking
At Fustini’s, we know that our employees make sharing healthy and flavorful food with you possible. We are so grateful for our team!
This year, we launched new initiatives to continue to inspire, encourage and support our amazing team. We started “HAFF-Time” cooking, which stands for “Healthy And Flavorful Foods Time”. This is a quarterly gathering of all our team members for a virtual cooking class to learn new recipes, techniques, and enjoy some delicious food.
HAFF-TIME cooking is an addition to other initiatives Fustini’s provides, including employee assistance programs and other resources.
A Look Ahead to 2023
2022 brought some really exciting products, celebrations and initiatives. And as we look ahead to 2023, we can’t wait for even more flavorful and fun ideas to come your way.
