Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz.) salmon fillets
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons Horseradish mustard
- 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped

- Season salmon all over with salt and black pepper. In a small bowl, whisk garlic, mustard, brown sugar, oil, and thyme to combine. Spread garlic mixture on top of salmon.
- In an air-fryer basket, arrange salmon. Cook at 400°, until the desired degree of doneness, about 10 minutes.
Recipe Note
Great fast way to cook salmon without leaving a fishy smell.
