Cilantro Dressing and Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups packed cilantro (stems are ok)
- 1/2 cup Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
- 2 tablespoons 12 Year White balsamic (substitute Sicilian Lemon or Sherry vinegar)
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water, if needed
Directions
- Blend ingredients in a food processor. Keeps in the refrigerator for 4 days. For cilantro lovers, a quick sauce that can be used on anything that needs a lot of flavor (rice, grilled chicken, fish, grilled veggies, green salads, pasta)
