Place shrimp, 1/3 cup Persian lime olive oil, Cayenne Crush olive oil, lime balsamic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Peel and dice the mango and onion as finely as possible. Chop cilantro and add to the mango and onion with the Mango balsamic and 1 tablespoon of lime oil.
Remove shrimp from the marinade and grill over high heat for a minute or two on each side until they turn from translucent to opaque. Remove shrimp to a serving dish and top with salsa.
