IDEAS:

  • Combine with Pomegranate balsamic for a fantastic lamb marinade.
  • Combine with Oregano balsamic and dress pasta or grain salads.
  • Whisk with Coconut, Pineapple or Mango balsamic for a tropical vinaigrette.
  • Combine with any suggested vinegar to grill fruit.
  • Use in baking in lieu of melted butter or other oils to add a citrus flavor.
  • Use as an oil to saute Cajun spiced shrimp or whitefish.
