Our 2026 Arbosana SELECT from Chile is a buttery, creamy extra virgin olive oil that stays bright and green. It opens with strong aromas of artichoke, ripe sweet almond, and fresh garden lettuce.
On the palate, it’s rich and viscous without being overwhelming, with layers of fresh herbs, fennel, thyme, and star anise alongside citrus peel, green tea, and green peppercorn. Bitterness is barely there, giving way to a gentle, lingering pungency reminiscent of warm baking spices. Incredibly harmonious and balanced.
