I keep comparing other fig balsamics to this one but nothing can come close to Fustini's! I used this for salads, making sauces for meals (especially great with pork but also works well with beef), and even drizzled over some vanilla ice cream.

Sweet tangy yet refreshing taste, full body. Excellent on bruschetta, drizzled on smoked salmon, and of course mozzarella with tomatoes and basil. I fell in love with Fustini's vinegars and oils 5 years ago at their store in Traverse City, MI.

This is a great balsamic. May be a bit sweet for some people. I use it with either Gremolata or Herbs de Provance oil as salad dressing. I do not use store bought dressing at all any more. Good drizzled on grilled chicken.
