Onion Balsamic Jam

Onion Balsamic Jam starts with the slow caramelization of onions to bring out the natural sweetness.  We add just the right amount of spices and balsamic vinegar to balance the flavor.  Try it with brie or your other favorite cheese.  Spread on your hamburgers or meatloaf or even try it as a pizza topping.


  • Combine with a spicy Fustini's Olive Oil and brush over meatloaf for a sweet & spicy finish.
  • Combine with Fustiini's Garlic Olive Oil and Fustini's Espresso Bean Balsamic Vinegar and use on roasting meats such as pork and beef.
  • Add to sautéed onions and peppers to use in fajitas.
  • Use in chili and baked beans.
