  1. Our favourite vinaigrette .

On a visit to Michigan I popped into a Fustini's shop. From their tasting room I chose the Sicilian Lemon Vinegar. This vinegar is a complete surprise. I did not expect the flowery lemony taste. Quite sweet. Nor the ever so slightly syrupy consistency, unusual in a vinegar. I find that using it sparingly in a simple vinaigrette, with good olive oil, salt and pepper …. with a delicate Boston lettuce and a crisp bread to sop up the sauce, is the best way to enjoy its fresh, crisp flavor. Our favourite vinaigrette, by far.

  2. Spectacular Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

The absolute best. Just ran out of it last week and salad's haven't been the same. I mix it with olive oil, salt, parmesan, and pepper to experience the most amazing salad ever.
