Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Fresh parsley, to garnish
Directions
Heat butter and olive oil in a large sauté, pan over medium heat. When the butter is melted, add cooked pasta and sauté, to coat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. When the cream is hot, add Parmesan cheese and stir to coat the pasta. Serve when the sauce thickens.
Recipe Note
To make this into a delicious carbonara sauce, add bacon or pork, onion and peas.
